These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of plisorting.com (the “Site”), operated by Phillips Light Industrial, operating as PLI Sorting (“PLI Sorting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general informational and business purposes. You may access and use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without our permission
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content except as expressly permitted

2. No service contract created

Information on the Site is provided for general reference and does not constitute a binding offer. Submitting a form, calling, emailing, or otherwise contacting PLI Sorting through the Site does not create a service agreement or any obligation to provide services. Our services are provided only under separate written agreements between PLI Sorting and the customer.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and design, are owned by PLI Sorting or its affiliates and licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The PLI and PLI Sorting names and related marks are trademarks of their owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your internal business or personal reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

4. Information and files you submit

You are responsible for the information and any documents or files you submit through the Site. By submitting them, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party. You grant PLI Sorting the right to use the information to respond to your inquiry and provide our services. 10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PLI Sorting regarding your use of the Site.
