Since 1995, PLI Sorting has helped manufacturers protect their production and their customers in the moments that matter most: a quality spill, a customer rejection, a launch that has to go right. We contain the problem fast, sort good from bad, and get you back to shipping product you can stand behind.
WHAT WE DO.
PLI Sorting is the quality division of the PLI family of brands. We focus on one thing and do it well: rapid-response quality support. That means containment, inspection, sorting, rework, quality representation, controlled shipping, and launch support, delivered at your facility, your supplier, your customer's location, or a PLI center.
When your customer no longer wants to hear “we think it's fine,” our independent, documented results give them the assurance they need, and give you a path back to normal.
OUR ROOTS.
We are based in the Cleveland area and built our reputation supporting manufacturers across the industrial Midwest, especially in the automotive, appliance, and consumer sectors. That regional footprint is deliberate. It keeps our crews close to the plants that need them, which is how we mobilize the same day and, at sites we already support, contain a problem in two to four hours.
